Please read these guidelines carefully before confirming your booking. We keep our terms simple for your clarity and confidence.
- Shariah Compliance: All our services are 100% Shariah-compliant and aligned with Islamic principles.
- Animal Eligibility: If the selected animal does not meet religious or health standards, customers may choose a replacement or receive a full refund.
- Installment Policy: If two consecutive installment payments are missed, the order may be canceled. Refunds will be processed after Qurbani once the animal is resold.
- Pending Dues: All payments must be fully settled before the scheduled delivery of the animal.
- Weight Guarantee: If the delivered animal weighs less than expected, the difference will be reimbursed to the customer’s bank account.
- Booking Cancellation: Customers may cancel bookings at any time. Full refunds will be issued after the animal is sold.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully received or the installment plan is activated.
- Delivery Responsibility: We ensure timely and safe delivery of animals to the provided address within the agreed timeframe.
- Privacy Assurance: All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
- Customer Support: Our team is available to assist you before, during, and after Qurbani to ensure a smooth experience.
